Labor Day WET Party @ The Roosevelt
WOW....that's all I can say! The past two days were absolutely Wet & Wild, this really is the only way to describe it. It was pure madness, the photos almost don't even do it justice, but if you want to see for yourself check out the photos from this years Labor Day Wet Party here!The Roosevelt Hotel Pool is a mega hub for the Hollywood elite and a good reason to be in tip top shape and half naked. Last time I did a pool party shoot here on Memorial Day there were a few A listers including Leonardo DiCaprio and even some D listers like Ron Jeremy who I saw passed out like a beached whale with a lobster red sunburn.
You never know who you might run into here, but you are guaranteed to have a memorable experience no matter what!

Bon Voyage Claire De Lune
This past Friday wrapped up our final full moon Claire De Lune party of the Summer at the Thompson Hotel hosted by none other than the ravishing Paula Miranda of www.paulaisms.com and sponsored by Belvedere Citrus Vodka.Since citrus was the theme of the night...yellow and green were the color a la modes of the evening. This was a once a month event and surely one of my favorites to shoot. We got to chill in our own cabana poolside, with bottle service of course provided by Belvedere...pinch me am I dreaming, do I really get paid to do this?
Family Values Fundraiser for Equality Network
Flash Fire Foto recently donated it's photographic services towards a good cause by helping the Equality Network raise funds to repeal Proposition 8 which makes it illegal for same sex couples to marry.It was a fabulous night of dancing, singing, drag queens and of course free photos! The party was held at the Eleven Nightclub in West Hollywood, which was a first for me, but tons of fun, good people and good times!
The likely hood of a repeal is slim to none, but they're back up plan is raise enough awareness surrounding this issue to be able to stifle these insecure homophobes in 2010 at the ballot box...and you know what that means, VOTE!
Bing International Launch Party
Props to Natalie Bow over at Microsoft who heads up the marketing for Bing! We met at a roof top party at The Thompson Hotel in Hollywood and the very next day I get an email from here asking if I could fly up to Seattle to photograph the launch party of their new search engine...of course I said yes!After using Bing as my search engine to book a flight up there I'm convinced this is the best way to price out a trip, everything was laid out for me to see right there. No more jumping around from site to site looking for the best deals, unlike some other search engines which will remain nameless (rhymes with froogle).
Peer Pressure Friday Nights @ Stone Rose
Every Friday night through September Belvedere Vodka and Stone Rose will host their "Peer Pressure" party with ear candy provided by the beautiful and uber talented DJ Rashida. Photo booth shenanigans will be provided by yours truly and of course we can't thank Belvedere Vodka enough for bringing us into the mix, hooking the whole thing up and for providing their special blend of social lubrication.
Stone Rose, if you didn't already know is the swanky bar on the ground floor of Hollywood's Sofitel Hotel, I know what you're thinking, "hotel bar?"
It's not what you'd expect at all, this place is swingin'...so tell your friends to get their best duds on and come see how we do it Hollywood style!!!
